1. Tell us about your project need
You can either schedule a call or share a project brief using our 'Hire Now' form. Once we have the required information we get straight to work!
2. Build a shortlist of top talent
We start by sharing profiles of some great pre-vetted freelancers already in the Connect network. We then carry out a 'light touch' external search using our A.I powered research process to find new freelancers who meet the project brief.
3. A custom vetting process
Every freelancer interested in your project is put through a custom vetting process we design with you. This bespoke process helps us to build better connections by screening for the right things.
4. Hire without the high fees
When you hire a Connect freelancer we'll charge you a low fixed daily fee each day you work with that freelancer. Once you reach the 'Connect Cap' for one or multiple freelancers - we stop charging any more fees for the rest of the year.
